Q:
Can I send in swatches to match my theme? A: Yes, we welcome swatches of all kind (fabric, wallpaper, photographs, children’s books, etc.) to assist us in creating just what you want. Please click on the page entitled Custom Designs for further directions on how to send us your swatches. Q: Can I have my order rushed? A: Yes, but unfortunately there will be an added $50 fee. Q: How long does it take to complete orders? A: Depending on the size and complexity of the item, some orders take 2-4 weeks and others 4-6 weeks. Q: Can I send you pieces that I already have to be painted? A: Most likely the answer is yes, but please contact us for further information. Q: Can I cancel my order and receive a refund? A: Due to the customized nature of our products, refunds are not offered. Q: Do you use stencils or projectors? A: No, all items are sketched and painted by hand.
