Full payment is required to begin work on your creations. Please carefully read the description of each product for details. After you place your order, we will contact you either by email or phone to as a way to ensure that you will be satisfied with your creation(s). By purchasing items from Bean Bear Creations, you are agreeing to allow us to display your item on our website.

Samples/Swatches
Samples for matching should be mailed to:

Shipping information
We generally ship via USPS ground. You may also pay for expedited shipping. Please contact us for details.

Cancellations
Due to the nature of these products, refunds will not be issued unless we have made an error on our part (i.e. misspelling a name, etc.).

Lead time
Depending on the size and complexity of the item, some orders take 2-4 weeks and others 4-6 weeks.
